With the candidate applications identified, we work through your key business goals and aligning them with the opportunities for modernization, resulting in a clear understanding of ROI and prioritization for apps.
Deconstruct
By deconstructing your applications we are able to be targeted about how and where we can make improvements, and align these with business goals, whether that be innovation, performance, resilience, operational efficiency or risk management.
Lean
With applications understood in their component parts, we are able to find unnecessary waste and remove this from the application stack. This could include components such as security appliances, load balancers and proprietary storage and database systems.

Repacking
With a cloud ready modernized application ready to go, we package up the components for redeployment using code templates for infrastructure and integrate these into your code repositories and CI/CD pipelines. If you don’t have them, we can build them!
